It’s my hope that by sharing this information we can better understand what’s happening in our cup, how that impacts the flavor of tea and how to make informed decisions about what you’re drinking next. That’s about right, she’s so smart and relaxed and witty. You see a friend at the cafe with a cup of golden sunshine. Do you have much time? Much patience?
